from Lisa ...
I am a 35 year old mother of two who tries to find the humor in life, and translate that to the written word for your amusement and astonishment. I tend to be brutally honest, sometimes a little too forthcoming, and often sarcastic and witty. I am an avid reader and I can write short stories, descriptions etc...but I have found my niche in writing what is real to me. My life experiences, coping skills and ability to laugh at the unlaughable make me a good read. People can relate to me, they want to read what I write everyday, they come home from work and immediately turn on the laptop, rather than the oven, to see what I had to say that day. It isn't the new fangled thing, and it may not be the hot trend, but it's different, and relatable and fun, and sometimes, that is all we really want.
